Who stays on title in a novation deal?

The seller stays on title until closing. The investor’s control and compensation are defined by the novation agreement and related transaction documents.

Do you work nationwide?

What do you need to review a deal?

Property address, market/state, exit strategy, and timeline.

How do payouts work?

Payouts are defined in the novation agreement and confirmed on the closing statement. Closing proceeds are distributed in this order: seller payoffs/obligations, transaction costs and fees, then investor compensation according to the agreement.
