The reason why I decided to write the book “Turning Scripts into Conversations”, was because I believe that the word “scripts” is such vital part of sales yet you need to be able to transform that script into a real life conversation with people. Most importantly, I want to share with you the importance of listening to understand not to respond, both in your personal life and business.
